Wellbeingthe sun tickles in the nose. I rub my eyes, stretch myself, and welcome the recent day. A healthy breakfast, and enough energy for recent experiences. From time to time I stop, lean back, refuel. Then I return, unwind mybody in the sauna, in the steam bath. I read a book in peace. Sit around with my friends. We grow together - like a family.
