General Information

Denmar Estate is situated in Pokolbin which is part of the notable Hunter Valley wine growing region, it's a small more rustic and quieter than the major part of Pokolbin and Hermitage Road is famous for some of one of the best shop wineries (including DenMar Estate), 1st class restaurants, and a cheese factory.

The Villas are present-day and elegant with a state feel; both have 2 bedrooms with queen beds and wide en-suite with thermal bath and disunite shower, one Villa is available. Every features a well equipped kitchen/dining and hall region, and a comprehensive veranda at the facade with open-air furniture, gas BBQ and vistas over the vineyard and chine.

DenMar Estate is a 25 acre vineyard property with self contained 2-bedroom Villas, a Cellar Door and a certificated snack bar to be opened in March. The Villas are known as Villa Chardonnay and Villa Semillon because of the vines they look over.

There are ten acres of premium vineyard growing Chardonnay, Semillon, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
