Our primary focus is to assure that all our dear guests experience the chance to unwind and take in the peaceable environs of the Hunter Valley whilst dining on excellent food and wine. Mulligans cater a classic bar fare and is perfect for lunch.

Mulligans is open for Breakfast Monday to Friday from 6: 30am to 10:00am, and Saturday and Sunday from 6: 30am to 11: 00am - Full Country Style Buffet. Please enquire approximately our opening hours for dinner.

Icons Bar and Bistro
This trendy brasserie proposes the first-class meeting venue for a casual drink in the Valley.

A casual brasserie with vistas leading directly out to the golf links, this cool establishment is prominent to meet for pre-dinner drinks or perhaps a fast lunch.
