Due to government regulations this is a non smoking resort. There is a designated smoking district outside the major conference facility.

The Resort features 2 entrance points thanks to council regulations, for entrance between 7am -7pm access is by means of 33a Viewland Drive. Entrance between 7pm and 7am is by means of five Morwong Drive (off Hastings Street).
