The complex is consists of twenty 3 1, two & three bedroom townhouses embedded in quiet and lush terraces - an intimate and tropical sanctuary.

At Coco Bay Resort we provide the ideal lifestyle blend - the relaxing still of the river and coast, with fishing, swimming, sailing and surfing, coupled with the excitement of Noosa itself and its range of boutiques, restaurants and activities.
