General Information

The Narrows Escape rainforest escape consists six luxury four. five star self contained cottages. The absolutely privately-owned cottages are situated on 7 and a half acres of land, some facing the lively bay that meanders via the property creating the calm sound of running water in conjunction with the calls of native Whipbirds, Kookaburras and other birds of the wood.
Each house features a detach bedroom with adjacent, a queen size bed, an open plan hall, breakfast room and a well furnished kitchen.
Double resorts with carved Red Cedar steps and Marble surrounds add to the luxuriant feel of the air-conditioned cottages and the log fires exude a comfortable cordiality for those winter months in the Blackall Range.
On the commodious decks which have bay and wood vistas, there is a hammock and a top quality oven type gas BBQ in addition to outside furniture for those unhurried breakfasts and snacks.
The saltwater swimming pool with its own waterfall is embedded in a personal park away from the cottages and surrounding stands our thatched lawn pavilion which invites visitors to whilst away some time reading, sipping a cup of tea or just taking in the richness of the bush in entire serenity.
At the Narrows Escape clients are offered with the small extras such as bathrobes, chocolates, full size aromatherapy skin products and simple Shampoos / Conditioners and shower gel which contain only 100% organic ingredients.
Freshly baked croissants are delivered to our cottages every morning. Glutton plunger coffee, wonderful loose tea and a choice of normal and herbal tea bags are offered in addition to a good breakfast hamper which consists of self-sufficient collection eggs and home made jams.
Mark and Joanne are glad to organize for an in cottage massage, dinner hampers, cheese platters and bookings at any of the prime restaurants in the region.
