Kar-rama Motor Inn is situated on the corner of Deakin Avenue and 11th Street. It's one block from CBD and a short meander to restaurants and boutiques. It's a five minute amble from the major bus depot and a fifteen minute cab ride from Mildura Airport. Social buses connecting the CBD pass the hotel’s facade door.

The motel features 33 apartments every with en room bathrooms. All rooms in the hotel have cable TV, refrigerators, toasters, facilities of making tea/coffee and reverse cycle air conditioning. Downstairs suites also have a microwave.

The Kar-Rama Motor Inn was one of the 1st motels built in Victoria and contains much of its original character, however all rooms in the hotel have been newly renewed. There is an extensive pool, BBQ amenities and a visitor washhouse. Access to wi-fi i-net is obtainable.
