General Information

South Yarra Mews holds 17 townhouse suites that are situated along Park Lane and in a bluestone church. Garden Lane is a little lane that runs from Fawkner Park to Punt Road and is situated between Toorak Rd and Commercial Rd. The site is within short distance of the Alfred Hospital and the notable restaurant and shopping areas of Toorak Rd and Chapel St. The lively stretches of Fawkner Park and Albert Park are just a walk away. The amusement venues of the town and its surrounds are just a ten minutes tram trip away, along leafy St Kilda Rd.

Our townhouse suites are serviced 5 times per month, Monday to Friday (excluding social holidays). Our on-site reception desk is open from 8. 30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday and in the mornings on holidays. There is also a caretaker manager who occupies on-site.

The suites are 13 squares in size, and most have 2 privately-owned balconies and privately-owned patio with open-air setting.

Hotel Attractions

The downtown is a 10 min tram ride away, Chapel St & Toorak Rd give wonderful butiques and restaurants that are a 10 minutes stroll away. Fawkner Park is a 1 minute stroll away (at the end of Park Lane) and there are 4 various children"s play districts. The far-famed Botanical Gardens of Melbourne and the Observatory Cafe are approx 15 mins stroll away and the Albert Park Golf Course and Grand Prix track are a fifteen minute stroll away. The St Kilda Rd work precinct is approx. seven mins stroll away and we are directly beyond the 400-500 numbering block. Melbourne Park Tennis Centre and the MCG training precinct are an simple 10 minutes bus ride away, as is the Bridge Road warehouse shopping area in Richmond. The coast and al fresco cafes and pubs of St Kilda are a short tram ride or bus ride (approx. ten - 15 minutes). We are a three minute stroll away from the Alfred Hospital.

Car Parking

Every townhouse features a car park space attainable in our safe undercover car parking. Most townhouses have a straight access stairwell from the car parking into every townhouse.

Cots, highchairs and stair gates are offered free but must be requested at time of booking.
