General Information

tonic is little and privately-owned - only 8 lonely visitor suites. We provide 6 large apartments with king size beds and en apartments offering extensive showers, deep baths and double sinks.

Our two bedroom suite where two couples (or four girls - a magnificent venue for a chicks weekend) have all of the above + full kitchen, hall and dining region with hearth. A wide balcony looks over the fabulous vineyard panorama. Your own small world…

Our fashion is contemporary, a definite no chintz zone. Polished concrete floors teamed with cowhides and soft fluffy rugs. Each room is styled differently allowing us to have well-known fun with the style. We added a novel twist, all the items in the suites are for sale. Your apartment is a boutique - its mini-bar gone crazy.

Our amenities is non invasive - an electronic key pad on the door set to a pre arranged code allows you to come and go as you please. There is no conventional check in or check out.

Tonic is embedded in Lovedale. The home of the Lovedale Long Lunch. It's the sister region to Pokolbin and is in itself a magnificent destination, wineries and luxurious restaurants offering present-day Australian cuisine abound.
Golfing, ballooning, strolling, wine tasting. To ascertain visitors produce the plurality of all that is on propose we have tonic concierge. tonic massage amenities is in apartment. We provide a variety of services, from massage to manicure and pedicure. A blissful way to recharge the body and soul.

Breakfast is a do it yourself thing. No having to dress and go to a breakfast room between the allotted hours. Wear nothing and eat when you like in the solitude of your own suite. Your fridge holds everything you need for a three course breakfast with authentic savoury coffee and specialty teas.
