Jingili Cottage is situated near to Darwin Airport (but *not* in the flight path!), just several min to Darwin CBD, Casuarina (major shopping centre), Uni and hospital, but in a tranquil avenue where you are able to hear the birds chirp and the frogs croak.

Set on a capacious block of land and shaded by mature terraces, this is a tropical-style ground level home, with floor to ceiling louvres and many natural lighting and breezes. No doubt, whether you like things a bit cooler you are able to constantly switch on the up-to-date inverter-technology airconditioning that cools the entire cottage in mins.

The three bedrooms are exquisitely equipped, and comprise all linen. The master room is equipped a queen sized bed with stroll in robe, and a door that leads directly to a paved open-air region. The 2nd room is equipped a soothing queen sized bed, and the third suite is fitted with two singles, accomodating up to 6 persons conveniently. There's also a spare trundle is obtainable for additional visitors (advance notice required), and baby requirements able to be provided (portacot and highchair).

The cottage features one inner and 2 open-air dining districts, expansive rear terrace, fully furnished kitchen including huge 6 burner gas stove, and a supplemental open-air barbeque. There's also a seperate family apartment with comfy couches, and study/office district with recent computer and i-net connected.

Jingili Cottage is exactly 1 min stroll to local butiques and cafes, at the foot of the pretty Rapid Creek Water Gardens, tubing down Rapid Creek (if you are game!), sports stadium.....and situated just one hour from the striking waterfalls of Litchfield National garden, and two hours from Kakadu World Heritage Area.

Jingili Cottage is an amorous base for a family or group vacation and for exploration everything that Darwin and the Top End can offer.
