The site lies just 10kms north of Margaret river township, 6 km to the pretty Gracetown coast (surfing, swimming, fishing and pets) and is encircled by a lot of treveller sights and world class wineries. The chalets are peculiar 1 or two bedroom Loft Style being fully self contained with reverse cycle air-conditioning and log fires whether you wish to purchase a bag of forest along your way and snuggle up opposite the fire. (Cold season only)There is an affluence of Wildlife, birdlife and seasonal wildflowers. Locally in the region there are caves to discover, surfing, golfing, galleries, horse riding, day resorts to stay, cheese factories, chocolate factories, restaurants and bars, everything is within simple get to from your facade door. Coming from Perth: Follow Bussell Highway to Cowaramup, two kilometers south of Cowaramup turn right onto Cowaramup Bay Road. Follow through for 9 kilometers to the Caves Road intersection and turn left, we are just 2kms on the left hand side. This property lies two km south of the Caves Road Cowaramup Bay Road intersection in the Margaret River Wine Region.
