General Information

The Daintree Rainforest Retreat is a little shop bungalow fashion Motel located in the center of the World Heritage listed DaintreeCape Tribulation National Park. Our restful, ten Unit Motel rests on 1 hectare (2. five acres) of tropical terraces which is home to a range of plants and wildlife. All clients able to enjoy a swim in our wide pool or a meal in our Drunken Frog Restaurant or self serve in the self-sufficient gas BBQ region. We are located in the center of Cow Bay, just ten klm north of the ferry crossing, and are central to all Daintree activities. We are within a short distance from the Number 1 attraction, the Daintree Discovery Center. Across from us is the Cow Bay Hotel and the Floravilla Gallery, featuring the works of local artists. We are also a short ride to the tranquil and pristine Cow Bay Beach. We know (because plenty of of our dear guests tell us so) that we provide one of the best good value for money lodging on the Daintree Coast!
