Welcome to your own gay and lesbian piece of absolute beachfront heaven. Our purpose is easy. It is for you to have one of the best vacation possible. And the Turtle Cove Team is here to ensure this happens. Turtle Cove Beach Resort is the ideal place to chill and unwind or whether you are able to drag yourself away, the reef and rain wood are on our doorstep. both are World Heritage Sites and have to be seen to be believed. You'll shortly find that things leisurely down in Tropical North Queensland so come and take full luxury of our resort. We are waiting for hospitable you!

Transportation

To reach Turtle Cove you don't need a map and compass. You are able to drive yourself, or we able to organise for your transfers by coach, limousine, or even helicopter. We able to have you collected from Cairns Domestic or International Airports, Cairns City, Northern Beaches or Port Douglas. We are situated 45 mins north of Cairns and fifteen mins south of Port Douglas. Driving Directions - From Cairns and Cairns Airport follow the signs north along Captain Cook Highway towards Port Douglas. After 30-40 mins you'll pass through Wangetti and get to Rex Lookout, with ravishing daytime vistas. From there, take note of the numbered white posts by the side of the highway. Turtle Cove is a further 3 kilometres (3km) past Rex Lookout, on coast side of the highway. Our turnoff is at highway marker 323 with a turning lane marked on the roadway. Because of our situation in a National Park, our signage is situated just off the highway - so you are able to miss us the 1st time around! Whether you reach Oak Beach, Thala Beach or Port Douglas, you have gone too far - so turn around and come back!
