A condition of booking is to accept the next policy:
We take full payment before arrival. A deposit of one nights tariff on booking and the balance within a month of arrival.
All cancellations are charged a $25 admin fee.
Cancellations from 14 to eight days prior to arrival 50% of the tariff is due.
Cancellation made from seven days to arrival day the cancellation fee will be the entire tariff due for the lodging.
