The Arinsal Valley is 9km from Andorra la Vella and 7km from Escaldes. In winter the Pal-Arinsal ski resort opens with the next characteristics:

Pistes: 63 Km / 707 Ha skiable; five F.I.S. homologated slalom pistes
4 green, 16 blue, 16 vermilion and five black pistes; 1 snow garden.
Lifts (30): 1 cable car; 1 gondola; 11 chairs; 12 teleskis; four telebabies;
1 telerope.
Artificial snow region: 17km, 350 artificial snow guns.
The district however is not just for the winter months as during the relaxation of the year there is a whole landlord of things to do, including: mountain biking, horse riding, Go Karting, quads, backpacking and archery.
