Cheristow Self Catering Holiday Cottages and B & B are equivalent to five star rating - for recreation long or short break in North Devon’s Hartland Peninsula, a district of renowned genuine beauty. With grand village vistas a warm hospitality is waiting for you at any of the 5 cottages that form part of a productive smallholding. Conventional breed cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry are home reared. The self-catering cottages have been converted from stone-built 18th century farm buildings to retain the nice beamed ceilings. The cottages are peacefully located and excellently furnished. Facilities include central heating from 27th September to second May (£25 per month during summer), log fires and barbeques, electric, linen and towels provided. The countryside of Hartland is within short distance and proposes a range of boutiques, significant services and crafts. Perfectly placed to stay plenty of local beaches and park amusements or for strolling the South West Coastal Path. The sauna & spa provides a welcome end of day treat. Our vacation cottages are based in North Devon, close to a city called Bideford. Converted from period stone barns these cottages form part of a Devon smallholding with first-rate vistas of the nearby rural area and out to sea. Ideal for that 'get away from it all' break with auto independent strolls in a lot of directions. They are also an amiable base to stay the many sights that North Devon and Cornwall have to propose. Pets are welcome and kids love feeding the animals. Some cottages have open or forest burning fires. The nearby area features a whole variety of activities that caters for most peoples requirements. Some of the activities in the district comprise: Surfing, Beaches, Golfing, Walking, Sailing, Cycling, Fishing, Bird Watching and a lot of more. There is an activity for every person.
